(Patria) - Regarding the scheduled hearing before the Court of BiH, in the case against General Atif Dudaković et al., for February 24, 2025 (Monday) at 13:00, at the Court of BiH, we inform you that representatives of the Alliance and Associations of Veterans and Civilian Victims of War, signatories of the joint initiative "Path of Justice and Truth", will attend the hearing.
In addition to supporting the general and his fighters who heroically defended the people of Bosanska Krajina and liberated Bosnia and Herzegovina, our goal is to point out and try to stop selective justice, the initiative states.
"We are witnesses that today, those who burned Bosnia and those who defended it are equally in the dock, that the A list is trapped in the drawers of the politically controlled Prosecutor's Office, so there are no indictments for the sieges of Sarajevo, Goražde, Bihać, Mostar, Vitez...", the statement reads.
The gathering of the mentioned alliances and associations will be at 12:15 PM in front of the Court of BiH.
