Contracts Signed: Thanks to the Quality Program of Ilidža Municipality, 29 Unemployed Persons Found Employment

(Patria) - In the Multifunctional Hall of Ilidža Municipality, 29 contracts were signed, through which 29 people found employment via the "Program for Incentives for Co-financing the Employment of Unemployed Persons".

Through the program, for the realization of which 243,600 convertible marks were allocated from the Budget of Ilidža Municipality, the Municipality will co-finance a part of the salary and contribution costs for 12 months.

The contracts were handed over to the business entities that successfully applied for this program, which is extremely important for Ilidža Municipality, by Mayor Muzur, who did not hide his satisfaction with the fact that 29 people from the unemployment registry will find employment.

"Although the amount of 220,000 KM was initially planned for the needs of this program, due to the large number of applications, we managed to secure additional funds so that all applicants who meet the conditions receive funds for the employment of one unemployed person," said the Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, adding:

"Just as we announced, with a new proactive policy, we are creating an efficient, developed, and organized labor market, especially when it comes to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is just one of our programs through which we continuously strive to support business entities from our local community, and through which we simultaneously aim to help create new jobs for our citizens who are unemployed."

The Mayor emphasized that the Municipality will continue to implement such and similar programs in the future, which have proven to be successful and yield the desired results, and another such program was successfully implemented recently when 23 new jobs were created through the self-employment program.

After signing the contracts, the employers thanked Mayor Muzur and Ilidža Municipality, stating that through such programs, they demonstrate that the local community is ready and determined to help in generating new jobs.
