Contracts signed for reconstruction of 357 houses in Maglaj, funds in owners' hands on Monday

 

Today in Maglaj, the director of the Federal Fund for Assistance to Areas Affected by Natural Disasters in the FBiH, Jasmin Jaganjac, and the Mayor of Maglaj Municipality, Mehmed Mustabašić, signed tripartite contracts for 357 beneficiaries of the Fund's resources, intended for the repair of residential units, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP). 

This concerns a total of 357,000 KM from the Fund's resources, which the end beneficiaries will have at their disposal on the next working day.

Jaganjac and Mustabašić also discussed further needs of Maglaj, as well as projects that the Fund will financially support, with an emphasis on assistance to small craftsmen who are not in the VAT system, of which there are 297 registered in Maglaj.

Also discussed was the need for additional efforts to build 64 new houses for residents who lost their homes due to landslides. So far, 490,000 KM has been secured and allocated for the construction of 14 new houses.
