Agreement on Cooperation between BiH and Montenegro in the EU Accession Process Signed

Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Igor Crnadak and Minister of European Affairs of Montenegro Aleksandar Andrija Pejović signed today in Podgorica the Agreement on Cooperation between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of Montenegro in the process of accession to the European Union.

In this way, the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of Montenegro intensify, on a bilateral basis, political dialogue and cooperation aimed at integration into the European Union (EU) in accordance with the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).

This agreement strengthens dialogue and cooperation between state bodies in the area of European integration and encourages the strengthening of economic cooperation and cooperation in the fields of tourism, judiciary and internal affairs.

The Council of Ministers of BiH announced that by concluding this agreement, the two countries confirm their commitment to approaching EU standards and further developing relations with the European Union, Patria reports.
