Potočari: Single mother Samira lives with her children in a house without furniture, electricity, or water

A single mother from Potočari near Srebrenica, with two minor children, lives in a house without furniture, electricity, or water, writes the news agency Patria.

The walls of the house this family is using are dilapidated and cracked, and the children sleep on the floor in one room with their mother, on a thin sponge.

Since Samira Karić left her husband, she and her two children have been moving around Srebrenica, looking for shelter and food.

- It's hard for me - says Samira.

- But, I try to organize every day so that my children smile at least once. We don't have a house or furniture, we don't have enough food, but my little family has love - says this brave mother.

The association 'Svjetlo' from Sarajevo has been helping this family for several months, with the help of their friends, but this help is often not enough.
