Drawing procedure for the election of delegates to the House of Peoples of the BiH PA will be conducted by employees of the CEC Secretariat

(Patria) - The drawing for the allocation of one mandate from the Serb people in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Republika Srpska will be held on Monday, 01.07.2024 at 12:00 PM at the premises of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo. The drawing procedure will be conducted by officials of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission designated by the CEC.

Based on the Decision on determining the results of indirect elections to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Republika Srpska dated 30.05.2024, it was determined that two candidate lists: the PDP - Party of Democratic Progress candidate list and the candidate list of proposer Ranko Perić Romić, have
an identical number of votes (12).

In accordance with Article 9.5 and Article 9.8 paragraph (1) of the Election Law of BiH and Chapter II Drawing Procedure, Instructions on the Allocation and Termination of Mandates, it is necessary to conduct a drawing procedure for the allocation of one delegate mandate to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Republika Srpska.

All interested persons may attend the drawing procedure, which is public, in accordance with the provision of Article 6 of the Instructions on the Allocation and Termination of Mandates.
