Agreement Reached: KS Assembly Sessions on January 23 and 29

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Party clubs and independent representatives signed an Agreement today establishing the functioning of the KS Assembly, stipulating that for January 23, the presiding officer Danijela Kristić (NiP) will schedule the continuation of the 18th and 19th sessions, which will be led by Smiljana Viteškić (SDA) under her authorization.

At these sessions, the election of Mirza Čelik (SDA) to the Assembly leadership will be voted on, a session to vote on no-confidence in the KS Government will be scheduled, as well as decisions on the temporary financing of KS, the KS Health Insurance Fund, and the KS Employment Service.

Also, on January 29, a session will be held to vote on no-confidence in the KS Government. This session will be presided over by Danijela Kristić until the no-confidence vote against the KS Government is passed, after which the leadership will elect a presiding officer from among the new parliamentary majority.

The Agreement was signed by the Clubs of SDA, SBB, DF, People and Justice, Our Party, SDP BiH, and the Club of Independent Representatives - NBL. Independent representative Damir Nikšić also posted on Facebook, publishing the signed agreement and stating that this proposal by SDA is actually a plagiarism because Damir Nikšić and Damir Marjanović had previously offered a similar agreement.

Otherwise, a new Club SDA - Independent was formed today, consisting of Mirza Čelik, Amra Hasagić, and Fahrudin Pecikoza, who is also the president of the Club. This was done so that Pecikoza could participate in the work of the KS Assembly Collegium.
