Business partner of Nermin Nikšić's family: Grabovica as a subcontractor received jobs on FBiH Motorways worth 2.5 million KM

(Patria) - Companies owned by Elvedin Grabovica received, as subcontractors, 2.5 million marks in August and November last year intended for the construction of Corridor Vc. The Motorways of the Federation of BiH, namely, awarded jobs to a Sarajevo-based company, which then immediately signed contracts with companies founded and owned by Elvedin Grabovica, the grey eminence of the SDP and a business and personal friend of the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, writes Istraga.ba

The first contract, concluded in August 2025, relates to the "supply of equipment for the Putnikovo Brdo-Medakovo section", while the second was signed in November and relates to the "supply of equipment for the Nemila-Vranduk tunnel". The total value of these two contracts is 2.5 million marks. The November contract was awarded to the company Tajenta Split, founded and legally represented by Elvedin Grabovica. The value of this contract is one million euros.



The second contract, signed in August last year, was awarded to the company Meganet Sarajevo, founded by Elvedin Grabovica. This company is registered at the same address as the company BS Telecom, which, thanks to its connections with Elvedin Grabovica and the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, receives most of the jobs on the Motorways of the Federation of BiH. The valuable contract awarded to Meganet amounts to about half a million marks. Incidentally, Haris Nikšić, the son of the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Nermin Nikšić, was employed at Meganet for years.



Incidentally, the company Meganet was a co-founder of the company Carbid Alati in Konjic. The other co-founders were the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, his brother Mirsad Nikšić, and the Prime Minister's son Haris Nikšić. Therefore, in the initial court register, the Konjic-based company Carbit Alati was founded by the company Meganet, founded by Elvedin Grabovica, and the family of the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić.



As can be seen from this excerpt, Grabovica's company Meganet withdrew from the ownership structure of Carbid Alata, and Refik Lepara became the new co-owner instead. He is the father of the director of JU Apoteke Sarajevo, Zenaida Hasić, who got this position precisely thanks to her connections with Nermin Nikšić.

Therefore, a company directly connected to the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić received, as a subcontractor, jobs on the construction of Corridor Vc. However, Nermin Nikšić will not talk about this at a press conference where he will boast about his "business successes". These contracts were also the subject of the show "Istraga sedmice" on Hayat TV.

Due to fear of prosecution, Nikšić's partner and SDP's grey eminence Elvedin Grabovica fled Bosnia and Herzegovina, moving to Zagreb. Grabovica occasionally visits Bosnia and Herzegovina to organize the continuation of suspicious deals on the Motorways of the Federation of BiH, as well as in other public enterprises in the Federation of BiH managed by the FBiH Government with Nermin Nikšić at the helm.
