The last group of pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina has departed by plane for Mecca, reports the Patria agency.
Before the departure of BiH pilgrims to Saudi Arabia, a prayer was recited at the King Fahd Mosque in Sarajevo.
The last group of pilgrims includes former commander of the 5th Corps of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, General Atif Dudaković, and the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton, Elmedin Konaković.
From Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1,738 pilgrims went on the Hajj this year, 332 more than last year.
This year's Reis-ul-Hudžadž is Husein efendija Smajić, otherwise the deputy of Reis Kavazović.
