Last group of Hajj pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina returns home on Sunday

Two planes carrying worshippers who traveled on Hajj from Bosnia and Herzegovina this year will land today at Sarajevo International Airport, while the last group of worshippers will arrive in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Sunday, confirmed for the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP) from the Hajj Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year, 1,411 worshippers traveled from Bosnia and Herzegovina to perform the sacred duty of Muslims, which is 25 more than last year.

The majority of worshippers traveled by plane, while one group of pilgrims traveled by bus to Turkey, from where, due to the war situation in Syria, they flew by plane to Jordan, and then continued by bus again.

From the Hajj Office, they confirmed that all pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina are well and that the entire ritual passed without major problems, writes Patria.
