New conclusions agreed by the ruling majority distributed to MPs in the RS National Assembly

(Patria) - The National Assembly of the RS continues to debate the proposed conclusions, within the framework of the "Information on the collapse of the legal system in BiH through violations of the Dayton Peace Agreement".

The text agreed upon by representatives of the ruling majority has been distributed to MPs, reports Politicki.ba.



It is noted that the constitutional order of BiH has been severely undermined by the actions of BiH judicial institutions, especially the Constitutional Court and the Court of BiH, as well as the international community, with High Representative Christian Schmidt being primarily responsible for this.

It is emphasized that the position of the High Representative is unacceptable in the legal system of the European Union.

The conclusions also address the "divided sovereignty of BiH and the entity of the RS".



MPs are also suggested a whole series of conclusions aimed at protecting the political leader of the Bosnian Serbs, Milorad Dodik, from court proceedings.

The Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH are sharply criticized, and the position is taken that they are unconstitutional bodies.

The earlier stance on blocking the work of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and halting BiH's European path is confirmed, until the indictment against Dodik is annulled.



The proposed conclusions were signed by Srđan Mazalica (SNSD), Dragan Galić (NPS-DNS), Spomenka Stevanović on behalf of the SPS and DEMOS club, and Srđan Todorović from the Socialist Party. Also included is the signature of Aleksandar Trninić from United Srpska.
