SDA and DF MPs Submit Initiative to Repeal Decision on Establishing Draft Constitution of RS

(Patria) - Today, 11 MPs from SDA and DF in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) submitted to the Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS) Nenad Stevandić a Request to repeal the Decision on establishing the Draft Constitution of RS, which was adopted at the 20th special session of this body held on March 13, 2025.

The submission of this request is a procedural call for peaceful dispute resolution, and if it is not complied with, a request will be filed with the Constitutional Court of BiH for dispute resolution with the aim of preventing the adoption of an unconstitutional draft Constitution of the BiH entity RS."
