Special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on returning competencies on Friday

A special session of the Parliament of Republika Srpska on returning competencies transferred to the BiH level will be held on Friday, the Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska decided today.

The session will begin at 12:00 PM.

We remind you that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska was previously provided with materials for a special parliamentary session.

Deputies are expected to consider five points - Information on the transfer of competencies from Republika Srpska to the BiH level, on the transfer of competencies in the field of indirect taxation, on BiH judicial institutions, the transfer of competencies from Srpska to the BiH level, in the field of defense and security, and the Declaration on Constitutional Principles.

The Collegium also set the date for the special session of the National Assembly of Repubrska Srpska on the budget for the next year, which will be held on December 14.
