Special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on the Constitutional Court of BiH

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - A special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS), concerning the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be held today in Banja Luka.

Namely, they consider the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH regarding the Law on Agricultural Land, which Serbian officials do not accept and consider harmful to RS, to be unenforceable.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office has not yet reacted, although many politicians have characterized this as a kind of coup d'état, given that non-compliance with court decisions is a criminal offense. 

It may also become clearer today whether elected officials from RS in BiH institutions will make decisions or continue the blockade. At the session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, they voted against all agenda items.

The special session of the NSRS was called by Željka Cvijanović, President of RS.

Milorad Dodik, member of the Presidency of BiH, demands that foreigners leave the Constitutional Court, which is unacceptable to most other politicians in BiH at this moment.
