(Patria) - The Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska decided today that a special session will be held on July 1, which is a session requested by the opposition, which demands a discussion on the state of public enterprises.
However, opposition MPs doubt the sincerity of the parliamentary majority regarding the discussion on public enterprises. The opposition has an indication that the agenda of the special session will not be adopted, which will prevent the discussion on "failed" public enterprises.
Immediately after the scheduled special session, a regular session was scheduled, the agenda of which includes, at the proposal of the President of RS Milorad Dodik, the Proposal of a declaration on rejecting "the initiatives of the Government of the United Kingdom, the EU and its member states on establishing centers for migrants on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and opposing any forced settlement of migrants in the territory of RS".
"We need to discuss an imaginary thing, but today at the Collegium session they rejected our resolution proposal on the demographic survival of RS," assessed Tanja Vukomanović, MP of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP).
The Vice-President of the NSRS, Ana Ljubojević, who chaired the Collegium, confirmed that a special session has been scheduled for July 1, starting at 10 a.m., at the request of opposition MPs, followed immediately by a regular session.
