SPECIAL SESSION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF RS - Cvijanović: Constitutional Court of BiH has derogated the constitutional-legal order

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The tenth special session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska has begun, with one item on the agenda - "Information regarding the anti-Dayton activities of the Constitutional Court of BiH - proposal of the President of Republika Srpska".

The President of the smaller BiH entity, Željka Cvijanović, stated in her opening address that Bosnia and Herzegovina is in a permanent crisis, which is reflected in the fact that the government at the BiH level has not yet been formed, and that this process has taken quite a long time. 

She also mentioned the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH on agricultural land of RS. 

"Bosnia and Herzegovina has never had the opportunity to function as a normal state. Bosniaks are electing the BiH Presidency member for Croats, Bosniaks are dissatisfied that the entire BiH is not theirs. It should be determined how much Serbs, Bosniaks, Croats, and foreigners have contributed to such a situation," Cvijanović asked. 

She added that she sees the latest decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH as a derogation of the constitutional-legal order. 

"Therefore, we believe it is necessary to stop the anti-Dayton policy and actions. Judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH have ignored Article 3 of the Constitution, which states what they should protect and that everything not mentioned there is within the jurisdiction of the entity," Cvijanović stated. 

According to her, the Constitutional Court, with its latest decision, has not only violated the Constitution and the constitutional order but also its previous decisions.
