"Je suis Charlie" (I am Charlie) hashtag became one of the most popular in Twitter's history, and people around the world showed their solidarity with the victims in Paris during the massacre in which 12 people were killed, writes Telegraph.co.uk, reports the BH news agency Patria.
This message was posted as many as 6,500 times per minute, and in 24 hours there were 3.4 million tweets.
It became an instant hit among supporters of freedom of expression and freedom of speech, as a sign of solidarity with the victims in Paris during the attack on the editorial office of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.
