Message to the MP in the NSRS: Either return the mandate to Domovina or pay 200,000 KM

Ivana Lovrić, who was on the list of the Domovina coalition and entered as a deputy in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, no longer acts jointly with colleagues from the Domovina Club, reports the Patria news agency.

Lovrić was brought over to the PDP by Perica Bundalo, also a deputy of this party in the RS Assembly. When voting on the budget, she decided to vote with the PDP deputies.

Ivana Lovrić was a candidate of the HSP on the list of the Domovina coalition.

As Patria learns, after winning the mandate, Lovrić signed a contract notarized for the amount of 200,000 KM with Vinko Jakić, a member of the HSP Presidency.

According to this contract, if she does not follow the policy of Domovina and the HSP, Lovrić must return the mandate or pay 200,000 KM.

Given that she no longer listens to the joint Club, nor Jakić, it is likely that Lovrić, who intends to move to the PDP, will face a dilemma - the mandate or 200,000 KM.

According to the Election Law of BiH, deputy mandates are personal, not party-based. However, since almost all parties have introduced the practice of signing these contracts before a notary, there are fewer and fewer who cross from one party to another, because in that case they must pay large amounts as compensation.
