Taxpayers in Bosnia and Herzegovina can communicate electronically with the Indirect Taxation Authority

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Indirect Taxation Authority today launched the new E-POREZI portal, through which taxpayers will be able to communicate electronically with the ITA.

All taxpayers who have registered with the competent regional center of the ITA for the use of electronic services received pre-access parameters via email today for the first login to the new E-POREZI electronic portal.

The portal is available to taxpayers at the address https://e-porezi.uino.gov.ba:4443/, which can be accessed through a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox).

After the first login to the portal with the pre-access parameters, all users must first change the password with which they will log in to the portal each subsequent time. The option to change the password is in the Portal Access Management menu.

After that, registered users of the ITA electronic services can submit VAT and excise tax returns electronically within the legally prescribed deadlines. The deadline for submitting the return for the tax period 1.1-31.1.2018 and paying the obligation based on the VAT return for this tax period is Monday, 12.1.2018.

Taxpayers who have not yet registered as users of the ITA electronic services can submit their registration applications electronically from today via the E-POREZI portal, in accordance with the valid Instructions on Registration of Users of ITA Electronic Services ("Official Gazette of BiH", number: 85/17 of 1.12.2017).

By using the electronic services of the Indirect Taxation Authority, taxpayers will be able to use their rights and fulfill their obligations regarding indirect taxes in a simpler and more efficient way.

At any time, they will have access to their data, primarily data kept in the Single Register of Indirect Tax Payers, data from the tax card, so they will be able to see all their posted tax returns, tax payments, etc.
