Bošković's midnight move: False report with the help of the Troika to a Constitutional Court judge

The President of the Commission for Elections and Appointments of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, Mladen Bošković, submitted a false report on the session held to the representatives, even though that session of the Commission was not held at all.

Shortly before 11 PM on Thursday, when the 3rd regular session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament concluded, representatives received a supposed report via email, based on which the Speaker of the House, Mirjana Marinković-Lepić, scheduled a continuation of the extraordinary session that was interrupted during the day due to lack of conditions for work and the Commission not being held. This Commission reviews all issues related to elections, appointments, dismissals, and other related matters within the jurisdiction of the House of Representatives.

What Bošković attempted was approved by all representatives of the Troika and HDZ BiH, as none of them objected to the continuation of the extraordinary session under such conditions.

He completely illegally declared that the commission has nine members, even though it has 11 because two members resigned. The replacement of these members was supposed to be the subject of the session, but it was not held.

However, Bošković went further, stating in the false report that five members attended the session: Bošković, Damir Mašić and Aner Žuljević from SDP, Dragan Mioković from Our Party, and Rasim Smajlović from NIP.

It further states that certain members of the Commission deliberately did not attend the session and "that decisions are made by the majority of the total number of members of the working body, and therefore there was no quorum for decision-making".

Opposition representatives reacted strongly to this report, demanding an interpretation from the Secretary of the House, who confirmed that a majority of six out of 11 members is required, and after the Collegium session, it was decided to adjourn the session.

The plan of HDZ and the Troika was to vote on new Commission members late at night who would then propose the appointment of Marin Vukoja as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH. This devilish plan has been thwarted for now, but the ruling coalition, whose hands were being guided by embassies and the OHR, will certainly not give up. And in all of this, the Troika made a promise to Dragan Čović.
