Decree that caused the coalition in FBiH to collapse has been annulled, but DF is not returning to the alliance with SDA and HDZ BiH

The Decree of the Federal Government, due to which the federal coalition SDA – HDZ BiH – DF collapsed, has been annulled, and ministries have been reinstated with the authority to make appointments in public companies, as was the case before.

- However, this in no way means the return of DF to the coalition – confirmed Emir Suljagić for the news agency Patria.

- This is just another victory for DF. This only shows what we have been saying from the beginning, that legal violence is not sustainable and that SDA slaughtered an ox for a pound of meat – says Suljagić.

The Government of the Federation of BiH adopted on June 4 a Decree by which, instead of line ministries, the Government itself makes appointments in public enterprises. Such a move by the Government was assessed by DF as illegal, even unconstitutional, which is why they left the federal coalition.

A month later, the Government annulled its own Decree by adopting a Conclusion that returns to ministries the authority to make appointments in public enterprises.

However, sources from the news agency Patria warn that the Government did not need more time anyway. In 30 days, the Government made appointments in several public companies, including the companies "Elektroprivreda HZ HB" and "Aluminij".

- It is now clearer than ever that the coalition in FBiH was sacrificed for Dragan Čović, who at all costs wanted to appoint his people in "Elektroprivreda HZ HB" and the company "Aluminij" – claims this source, adding that SDA helped HDZ BiH, led by Čović, to legalize the plunder, writes NAP.
