Political Naivety: Konaković Doesn't Grasp the Danger of Ultimatums, Dodik Exploits It - Complete Collapse of the 'Trojka' Compromise Policy!

"I don't know what conditions and ultimatums bring to all of us. We thought there wouldn't be any. I fear that ultimatums will distance us from a better life for the citizens of BiH. I appeal to Dodik and other politicians not to do this," said the Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković today, who is otherwise the biggest advocate of dialogue and compromise.

We know that conditions and ultimatums have brought nothing to the Trojka, because they haven't had any ultimatums or conditions from the beginning. It was important to form a government and sit in the Council of Ministers of BiH, and talk about how a new political paradigm is on the scene. Even the path to NATO was not important!

And when it comes to Dodik, he has gained a lot through ultimatums.

Right at the beginning, all the ministries he wanted, control in the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH, the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, the necessary funds for the economic sustainability of Republika Srpska, he received security along the vertical, as well as the financial sector!

He got all of that through ultimatums, while the Trojka deceived the public and talked about BiH's path to the European Union. And the EU doesn't interest Dodik at all, he showed that with his new statement, saying that the European Union will collapse even before BiH joins it – if it ever does.

The gullibility of the Trojka in some new pro-European SNSD and pro-European Dodik was not discouraged even by the fact that at one of the press conferences, Dodik didn't even know which laws had been agreed upon, but was prompted by the Chairperson Borjana Krišto. So nonchalantly, in front of multiple cameras, he asked to be told publicly 'what they agreed on' and what they will adopt!?

Naturally, he didn't know, because those laws don't interest him, because then, as now, he knew – none of it would pass without expelling foreigners from the Constitutional Court of BiH.

And he didn't even hide it, he always told the truth, but the rose-tinted glasses of Konaković, Nermin Nikšić, and Edin Forto just won't come off. They still believe that compromise is possible, and that is a legitimate and possible and good conviction, but we would like to see what they will ultimately gain from that compromise!

So far, they have gained nothing, and with them, neither have the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who, as we have written before, and the Trojka called us bots, will wait for the ministers from RS to be appeased and for us to get helicopters from the United States of America. And a few months ago, Minister Zukan Helez tried to convince us that they were just about to land.

It sounds harsh and discouraging, but unfortunately, the fate of the Council of Ministers is in Dodik's hands. The Trojka is not leading any processes; instead, by appeasing Dodik, it has destroyed itself.

And Europe has not finally realized that we need to be part of it, as Konaković claims, only now; rather, they have realized that Dodik is indeed the 'main boss', but they have no concrete 'cure' for him. True, they tried to replace SDA, but SNSD awaits the 'Trojka' as well, so what now? Neither the 'Trojka' has anything to condition Dodik with, nor dare they appease him further. But they fell by themselves, they hit themselves. Of course, they had help from the American Embassy and the OHR, which is why the talk about the path to the EU doesn't help now, because Dodik isn't interested in the path to the European Union at all.
