(Patria) - A gathering of public warning to the Peace Implementation Council will be held in Sarajevo today, due to the fact that Bosnia and Herzegovina is at a historic turning point and a final attempt at constitutional and territorial destruction of the country.
Support for this gathering has also been given by the Movement for a Civic Bosnia and Herzegovina, which brings together associations of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora.
In summary, all messages could be summed up in one - indivisible, sovereign Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizen as the bearer of sovereignty, with a clear emphasis that state property is the sole ownership of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We remind you that on June 3 and 4, a session of the PIC Steering Board will be held, at which the election of a new High Representative is expected, and due to the fact that the issue of resolving state property is increasingly linked to this election, the message about that property as state ownership is one of the key segments of this gathering.
Krug 99 highlighted three key demands in the announcement of the protest:
‣ Preservation of the existing powers of the High Representative until all decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH are implemented and a functional mechanism for the protection of the state is established, along with the reform of the imposed Constitution based on civic democratic principles;
‣ Uncompromising respect and execution of all decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH - no political option may relativize them;
‣ Clear and decisive opposition to any attempt at territorial division or transfer of competences from the state to the entities, especially when it comes to state territory, property and borders.
