Launched Facebook page provoking victims of the Srebrenica genocide

An as-yet-unknown group has launched a nationalist Facebook group Srpska Republika where they mock the genocide committed in Srebrenica against Bosniaks in 1995, and also disseminate other fascist statements that cause unrest among Bosniak returnees in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

A group of Serbian nationalists thus on this social network calls for the lynching of Bosniaks, belittles the victims of the genocide in Potočari, and calls for the murder and persecution of the non-Serb population.

The spread of national and religious hatred on social networks is strictly punishable under the laws of the Republika Srpska. In the last few weeks alone, several people have been arrested for controversial comments on Facebook.

The police have not yet reacted to the Facebook group Srpska Republika which undermines the security situation in this BiH entity, reports NAP.
