The Federal Civil Protection Administration did a good job during 2014, when the country was hit by severe floods and landslides. Because of this, the International Civil Protection Organization (ICDO) awarded the FUCZ medals for demonstrated courage, sacrifice, and exceptional commitment in the field of civil protection, writes Patria.
Demining teams Busovača B and Sarajevo B also received awards.
Bosnia and Herzegovina has been a member of the International Civil Defence Organization since 1994, and regularly participates in the work of the ICDO General Assembly, writes Patria.
