Increased traffic at BiH exits: Traffic jams at Doljani, Bijača and Prisika

Due to a traffic accident that occurred on the M-5 Sarajevo-Pale main road in Bulozi, traffic is suspended and being redirected to alternative routes, according to BIHAMK, writes Patria.

On other road routes in BiH this morning, traffic is proceeding without hindrance. The weather conditions are favorable, and the frequency of vehicles is moderate. We advise drivers to drive carefully and to maintain a safe distance between
vehicles. We also advise caution due to the increased number of cyclists and motorcyclists on all major sections. We ask truck drivers to temporarily exit the traffic when they notice a long line of passenger vehicles behind them, in order to avoid risky overtaking.

Works are underway on the A-1 Lepenica-Tarčin highway section at the exit from the Grab tunnel, where traffic is proceeding slowly, on one lane. On the Banja Luka-Bosanska Gradiška highway, due to the construction of a viaduct, the Mahovljani interchange is closed to traffic.

There is increased traffic of vehicles at the exits from BiH at the border crossings Doljani, Bijača and Prisika. At the entrance to BiH, there is increased traffic at the border crossings Bosanska Gradiška and Bosanski Brod. At other border crossings, waiting times are currently no longer than 30 minutes. Due to works in the Republic of Croatia, at the GP Orašje-Županja, vehicles are proceeding slowly in both directions.
