Work on protecting the remains of a Roman building, discovered in Skelani near Srebrenica, has been completed, and this site is now ready to become one of the more important tourist destinations in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).
The archaeological site, discovered before 2008, actually consists of unique floor mosaics and the remains of a building believed to have been the most significant structure of the Roman settlement in that part of Srebrenica.
The conservation of the Roman remains in Skelani began in the summer of this year. And now, the first tourists can officially visit this site, writes NAP.
