Indictment filed in Pandora 1 and Boss case

Following an extensive investigation, an indictment has been filed against Sadiković Anes and 12 other individuals and legal entities accused of financial crime amounting to over 8.5 million KM.

After a thorough and extensive investigation in cooperation with the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and partner police and security agencies, the prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has filed an indictment against:

1.       Sadiković Anes, born in 1976 in Prijepolje.

2.       Sadiković Kasim, known as "Kaho", born in 1952 in Prijepolje.

3.       Sadiković Fadila, born in 1958 in Pljevlja.

4.       Sadiković Adis, born in 1980 in Prijepolje.

5.       Sadiković Ismet, known as "Bato", born in 1964 in Prijepolje.

6.       Kasumović Jasmin, known as "Jale", born in 1976 in Prijepolje.

7.       Sadiković Damir, born in 1975 in Prijepolje.

8.       Halilović Sabahudin, known as "Sapko", born in 1971 in Prijepolje.

9.       Bešlagić Hate, born in 1950 in Doboj.

10.   Legal entity "Eko San" d.o.o. Banja Luka.

11.   Legal entity "Janus" d.o.o. Brčko District BiH.

12.   Legal entity "Sadiković Tours" d.o.o. Sarajevo.

13.   Legal entity "Bosnaexpres" d.d. Doboj jug.

The accused are charged with, acting as an organized criminal group, committing a series of criminal offenses from 2006 to 2012 related to financial crime, tax evasion or fraud, and money laundering during the import of large quantities and truck deliveries of textile goods into Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aforementioned goods were imported with multiple reduced customs and tax duties, through which the accused and persons connected to them illegally obtained property benefits in the amount of approximately 8.5 million KM, thereby damaging the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and thus all citizens of our country.

With the filing of the indictment in this case, the conditions have been met for the prosecution of other suspects from the "Pandora" operation.

The public and citizens should know that the case against Sadiković Anes and others is a very extensive case, involving criminal offenses committed over several years, and the evidence material in this case contains tens of thousands of pages and documents, which is why the investigation in this case was lengthy and extensive.

The indictment and evidence material have been sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
