
(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Aleksandar Nikolić, known as "Saša", born in 1991 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH, Adi Nukić, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH, Slobodan Radonja, known as "Puh", born in 1977 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH, Vladimir Stevanović, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH, and Zorica Radonja, born in 1993 in Pale, a citizen of BiH.
The accused are charged with, in the period from the beginning of December 2019 to the end of 2021, as users of encrypted Sky and Anom applications, by connecting and coordinating groups operating in the territory of BiH, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, the Netherlands, and Slovenia, they illegally carried out international transport and trafficking of narcotic drugs "Cannabis sativa L", "Cocaine", "Amphetamine", and "Heroin".
They are charged with committing the criminal offenses of organized crime under Article 250, Unauthorized Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Unauthorized Trafficking of Weapons and Military Equipment, and Dual-Use Products under Article 193, Money Laundering under Article 209, Aiding the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense under Article 232, all from the Criminal Code of BiH.
