Indictment filed against Kenan Vučijak

After the investigation was concluded, the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton filed an indictment against K.V. on 10/19/2015 and submitted it to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo for confirmation due to the existence of well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of abuse of office or authority under Article 383, paragraph 2, in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the criminal offense of extortion under Article 295, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Patria News Agency.

The indictment refers to Kenan Vučijak, director of the Public Institution Primary School "Isak Samokovlija," who is accused of extorting and unlawfully acquiring property benefits exceeding 10,000.00 KM for himself, starting in 2014, through abuse and exploitation of his official position, and by issuing threats.
