Indictment filed against Amir Pašić Faćo for psychological abuse of six individuals

(Patria) - The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Amir Pašić, known as Faćo, for the criminal offense of "psychological abuse".

Pašić is accused of, during 2025, using curses and insults via the social networks TikTok and YouTube, insulting the dignity of four female journalists, the Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH (Duška Jurišić), and the Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH (Ramo Isak), thereby violating their psychological integrity.

"Therefore, this involves an intense, sensationalist, highly offensive, and humiliating outburst by the suspect, aimed at harming the personality of the injured parties," stated the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.

The indictment, which has been forwarded to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo for confirmation, proposes extending the pre-trial detention of Amir Pašić Faćo.

To recall, Amir Pašić Faćo was arrested on October 22nd in Mostar under the order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.

Previously, between October 13th and 17th, a series of insults with hateful and misogynistic messages directed at journalist Rabija Arifović were posted on his TikTok profile, which caused sharp public condemnation.

The duty prosecutor was immediately informed upon the filing of the criminal complaint against Pašić and issued orders to police officers of the Centar Police Department to collect and secure evidence.

Pašić is currently in detention, and in mid-December of last year, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against him for the criminal offense of endangering security.

He is accused of, during 2023 and 2024, on the TikTok social network during a live broadcast, threatening the director of a Sarajevo-based company, saying, among other things: "Where I see you first, I will kill you, I swear on my children".

The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office states that such threats caused the victim to feel fear for his own life.

The prosecutor in charge has proposed to the court the hearing of two witnesses and the presentation of 19 pieces of material evidence for the main trial.
