Počitelj: First International Meeting of Young Creators Opened

The first International Meeting of Young Cultural Creators - City of Art Počitelj 2015 has been opened in Počitelj. Around thirty young people will participate in workshops in the fields of visual arts, film and drama production, and journalism over the next two weeks, all within the ambiance of Počitelj and the other cultural, historical, and natural beauties of Herzegovina, reports the Patria News Agency.

Students of drama, film, and fine arts academies, as well as journalism students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, France, and Italy have gathered in Počitelj where they will creatively engage in a natural setting with the help of mentors from the mentioned fields.

Among the lecturers will be numerous names from the domestic and regional art scene, including Safet Zec, Ahmed Imamović, Nenad Dizdarević, Andrija Dimitrijević, Ljiljana Petrović, and others, FTV reported.

The theme of this year's meeting is the tourism promotion of this region. Today and tomorrow, students and mentors are in Mostar, where they will follow the background of the dives from the Old Bridge through a film workshop.
