Sale of 1,583 Government Limousines Begins

The Government of the Republic of Serbia will soon begin selling 1,583 passenger vehicles owned by the state, which are used by state bodies, public services and public agencies, as well as the Administration for Joint Affairs of republican bodies, reports the Patria News Agency.

Limousines that have already attracted curious passers-by are displayed in the parking lot in front of the Palace „Srbija“. Among the vehicles appraised so far, the luxury Audi, recently used by the dismissed Director of the Official Gazette, Radoš Ljušić, and which Jelena Trivan disowned as soon as she took office, will have the highest starting price.

This decision was made in order to implement the economic savings program and the policy of the Government of Serbia on responsible management of public property.

The government is selling 241 more vehicles of medium and upper category, less than seven years old, 360 vehicles of medium category older than seven years, and 982 vehicles of medium and lower category older than seven years.
