FBiH Government Session Begins: Work Program of the Privatization Agency in FBiH to be Discussed

The Government of the Federation of BiH will, at today's session which began in Sarajevo, discuss the proposed text of the Statement on the request of the Institution of the Ombudsman for Human Rights of BiH regarding the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Amount of Default Interest Rate.

This refers to paragraph 3 of Article 2 of the Law, which states that default interest at an annual rate of 0.2 percent is paid on the principal amount determined by enforcement documents (court judgments and court settlements) and out-of-court settlements arising from employment relationships.

Amendments and additions to the Regulation on the Organization of Protection and Rescue Services of the Federation of BiH have also been proposed due to the need to replace certain protection and rescue services and to align with the Assessment of the Threat to the FBiH from Natural and Other Disasters.

The agenda also includes the Proposal of the Decision on the transfer of the value of investments made at the constructed International Border Crossing Bijača up to the level of facilities, section Počitelj - Bijača, subsection Bijača - Kravice, in the amount of 9,757,182.12 KM, from JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar to the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH.

As foreseen, the Work Program of the Privatization Agency in FBiH, with the Privatization Plan, and the Work Program with the Financial Plan of the Environmental Protection Fund of FBiH for 2017 will be discussed.
