Ticket sales begin for BiH - Belgium match

The qualifying match for the European Championship in France in 2016, Bosnia and Herzegovina - Belgium, which will be played at the "Bilino Polje" stadium in Zenica on 13.10.2014 (20:45), has generated great interest among fans. Accordingly, and taking into account the competitive significance, as well as the fact that it is a "high-risk" match, the Football Federation of BiH has timely initiated organizational preparations, which included defining the plan for ticket sales and distribution, reports the Patria agency.

Tickets went on sale this morning. Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and security measures, 11,000 tickets have been printed, of which 5,800 are for the west stand, 1,350 for the east, 1,800 for the north, and 2,050 for the south.

After necessary analyses and security assessments, in accordance with the relevant UEFA and FIFA standards, it was decided that ticket sales for the match in question will be conducted as follows:

1. Sale of 6,320 tickets through the branches of the authorized partner agency "Centrotrans"

2. Sale of 4,680 reserved tickets for the needs of the following categories, in accordance with the proportionally defined number of tickets

It should be noted that online ticket sales were not possible due to operational and technical reasons.

This number also includes 600 tickets for the north stand, which will be given to the Football Association of Belgium, with a special security procedure to be established for the arrival of Belgian fans, which includes a series of measures and activities before their entry into BiH, as well as upon entering the "Bilino Polje" stadium.

On this occasion, and taking into account all facts and circumstances, we hope that the fans will show the necessary understanding and tolerance, with the conviction that a victory and the creation of good conditions for our national team's qualification for the European Championship in France would create conditions for the reconstruction, modernization, and increase of the capacity of the stadium where our national team will play.
