Rebellion in BiH diplomatic corps: Ambassadors and consuls openly support Dodik against state institutions!

(Patria) - Ambassadors and Consul Generals of BiH of Serb ethnicity have sent an open letter of support to the president of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, due to, as they emphasized, "the scandalous decision of the BiH Prosecutor's Office to file an indictment against him as the president of RS".

The letter emphasizes that "the fact that the Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment based on the legal violence of the false High Representative Christian Schmidt, with the pressure of the US Embassy in BiH, indicates that this is tyranny and a state most similar to occupation.

Only in defeated countries, the letter states, does the occupier usurp state institutions and impose their will as laws outside of democratic procedures.

"We are no longer just talking about the violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and its Article 41 on non-interference in the internal affairs of the host country, but we are talking about a broader usurpation of institutions and directing them towards the collapse of the BiH political system.

This is very reminiscent of an occupation, and with the latest decision of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, under pressure from a part of the international community, you have unfortunately become the subject of this tyranny and the arbitrariness of domestic puppets and foreign usurpers," pointed out the ambassadors and consul generals of BiH of Serb ethnicity.

They emphasized that they view the senseless and certainly malicious sanctions of the USA and Great Britain against the president of RS, member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, Prime Minister of RS Radovan Višković, Speaker of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić, ministers Miloš Bukejlović and Alen Šeranić, director Dragan Stanković and others, in the same way, stating that these sanctions only signify the weakness of declining powers, not law and justice, and therefore are not binding.

In this regard, we, the undersigned Serb ambassadors and consul generals of BiH, wish to express our support to you and the entire leadership of RS, and in the coming period, in the host countries, international organizations, and countries we cover non-residentially, we will actively inform them that the aforementioned measures against the highest officials of RS are tyrannical, anti-democratic, and anti-civilizational.

We will emphasize that the UN Security Council has not appointed a High Representative in BiH, and that Christian Schmidt represents a usurper who violates the legal order of BiH, and by no means a legal and legitimate representative of the international community elected through the prescribed procedures of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

We will stress the importance of the departure of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of BiH and the closure of the OHR, which has been undermining the rule of law in BiH for 27 years and is rewriting the legal and political system of BiH outside of democratic procedures," the letter states.

The ambassadors and consul generals announced that they will explain that the measures of the USA, Great Britain, and parts of the EU undermine the constitutional order of BiH, and will fight for the constitutional order of BiH prescribed by the Dayton Peace Agreement, and will urgently warn the host countries, international organizations, and non-residentially covered countries of any attempt to violate it by parts of the international community and internal hegemonic forces.

- We will underline the constitutional position of RS within BiH and explain to our hosts that the fight for the autonomy prescribed by the Dayton Agreement does not represent secessionism. We will explain that these principles can only preserve Dayton's BiH, while all tyrannical, anti-democratic, occupying, and anti-civilizational methods can lead to the dissolution of BiH - the open letter of support to the president of RS states.

Given that they view all the aforementioned activities as a fight for the constitutional order of BiH and the position of RS and the Serb people within BiH, the ambassadors and consul generals of Serb ethnicity emphasized that they will never accept to act contrary to the stated principles.

The letter of support was signed by BiH ambassadors and consul generals: Aleksandar Vranješ, Biljana Gutić Bjelica, Bojan Vujić, Bojan Đokić, Bojana Kondić Panić, Boro Bronza, Vera Sajić, Dragan Vuković, Dragan Јaćimović, Duško Kovačević, Željko Samardžija, Koviljka Špirić, Milorad Živković, Siniša Bencun, Siniša Berjan, and Tatjana Telić.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment on Friday against the president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for disrespecting the decisions of Christian Schmidt.
