Blues in Belgium Supported by Mehmed Baždarević

FK Željezničar team held a training session last night at the Standard stadium before today's match in the third qualifying round of the Europa League, after which a press conference was held where head coach Milomir Odović and team captain Marijan Antolović addressed the media, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

Milomir Odović emphasized that his young team is eagerly awaiting the new challenge of playing against a strong opponent.

– I hope we will respond to Standard in a quality manner. Kvesić's absence will be a significant handicap for us. He was a very important and quality player for our team. Mladenović will start tomorrow at the left-back position, and we will begin with him in that role – said Milomir Odović.

Odović further added that the lineup will not be revealed until the very start of the match, and added that it will be interesting to see how they will counter a quality team with excellent individuals.

Then, team captain and goalkeeper Marijan Antolović answered journalists' questions.

– It is certain that they are a quality opponent. However, we have shown that we can play well in Europe. Honestly, we want to achieve a good result and we have the right to hope. Any attractive result before the second leg in Sarajevo is one that satisfies us – said Antolović.

Antolović pointed out that the team is additionally motivated by not conceding goals in four matches, and that the most important thing is for everyone to perform as a team.

The match with Standard is scheduled for tomorrow at 8:30 PM with a live broadcast on Face TV.

The Blues will also have the support of their most loyal fans in Belgium, who have already arrived in Liège and will cheer for their favorites with all their hearts.
