Platini new president of FIFA?

Most world football presidents have asked UEFA president Michel Platini to run for the position of FIFA president, writes BBC, reports the Patria news agency.

Allegedly, Asia, North and South America, as well as the Caribbean, have sided with Platini, but the decision of the Frenchman is awaited. Previously, Sepp Blatter was elected FIFA president for the fifth time at the end of May, just a few days after the outbreak of a corruption scandal at the top of FIFA.
