Pjanić: I am ready and will do everything I can for Barça

(Patria) - Miralem Pjanić will wear the Barcelona jersey from the new season.

Pjanić arrived in Barcelona last night and upon arrival immediately did a photoshoot for the club's Twitter, where he posed in the Catalan giant's jersey.

"Welcome to the club, Miralem," read Barcelona's statement.

"I hope to help the team win trophies. I am ready and will do everything I can for this club," Pjanić said.

On August 23, Pjanić tested positive for coronavirus, after which he was treated in home isolation. His flight to Barcelona was permitted after he tested negative for coronavirus.

In June, a transfer was agreed upon by which Pjanić moved from Juventus to Barcelona for 60 million euros. The former Metz, Lyon, and Roma player signed a four-year contract with Barcelona.
