Pistorius met with Konaković at the MFA

(Patria) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković met this morning with Boris Pistorius, German Minister of Defence.

- We are grateful to Germany for its strong support of the European perspective of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.

We welcome Germany's renewed participation in the EUFOR-ALTHEA mission as an important sign of Germany's strong commitment to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.

We have good cooperation in the field of defence. Germany is a proven and reliable partner of Bosnia and Herzegovina and strongly supports the reform of the defence system in Bosnia and Herzegovina - it was stated on the X platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.

Pistorius also had several meetings yesterday with BiH officials and with High Representative Christian Schmidt.
