A Letter to My Son and to All Our Sons: Raise Your Voice for a Better Tomorrow

Kristijan Salihović, a singer-songwriter from Sarajevo, as the Patria agency has already reported, has launched a fundraising campaign for the production of a music video for the song „A Letter to My Son and to All Our Sons“, which will be his voice for a better tomorrow for new generations.

Not a single line of the song will be heard, although it has already been recorded, until the music video is completed, because only in that way can the true message that the song carries be understood.

- The fundraising campaign via the Indiegogo service has expired. A fantastic $1,632 was raised. This amount will be reduced by the Indiegogo fee of 9% and bank charges. We continue towards the final goal via the current account in KM and bank accounts for international payments. About 2,500 KM is still needed for our video – Kristijan wrote.

Incidentally, he posts all received donations daily on his Facebook page.

- Through the song, I tell my sons to see each other as brothers, regardless of their faith and nationality, because otherwise they have no happy future in BiH. 20 years after the war in BiH, hatred is still louder and stronger than love. For now, this song is just my voice for a better tomorrow for our children. Support it. Together we can be louder than hatred – Kristijan said.

The video will be made with the production company Gotiva, and $4,200 is needed for the recording, DVDs, t-shirts, flyers and posters.
