Letter from SDP members to Vojin Mijatović: For you, defeat is victory, we are not afraid of you or your threats, and we will not remain silent!

(Patria) - After three open letters signed by genuine members of the SDP BiH, a new letter following the Local Elections has been joined by another group of SDP members. Together they analyze the situation in the SDP, with a special message for Vojin Mijatović, whom they consider the most responsible person for the poor result of the SDP in Banja Luka. This party failed to enter the City Assembly of Banja Luka, and after Mijatović commented with his analysis of the SDP's results in the RS, he received a response.

We transmit their letter in full:

"In the natural disaster that hit certain parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina last week, it is already evident that appropriate communication and response from the competent institutions were lacking. As time passes, these suspicions grow and become justified. But lo and behold, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vojin Mijatović, also a member of the SDP Presidency, speaking about the possible responsibility of those in charge, says that we should not 'vulture' over this catastrophe?!

Vojo says, wisely, that responsibility will be reviewed after the missing are found, the damage is repaired, and help is given to those who lost their roofs. Just listen to him.

And now the real question is what does he mean by vulturing? Because he has been vulturing ever since he came, like a planted cuckoo egg, into the SDP. And it's going well for him, for now, because in the SDP, his vulturing cannot be discussed. It is a well-known fact that if you cross comrade Vojin, there is no more place for you in the SDP's personnel structure, nor in the party itself. So where are Draško Aćimović, Dositej Perić, Bojan Kostić? They are gone, all driven away by Vojo because he saw them as a threat to his ego.

You claim to be a Bosnian. Look, Vojo, it is not Bosnian to present defeat in these local elections as victory. What you are doing is merely extended Serbian politics, carried out on the orders of your political mentors. You claim to be stronger than the SDA, yet the SDA won three times more votes than the SDP. You bark first, hoping that no one in the SDP will dare to make a real analysis of the results of these local elections and ask you and Nikšić, 'who will bear political responsibility for such an election result of the SDP'? Vojo, in 2020 in Banja Luka, the SDP had 2,090 votes, and now you barely got 1,500, even though you announced 6,000 and one councilor, which you did not get. So who are you LYING to more? There was an SDP in the RS before you. Let us remember the late Slobodan Popović. So shut up and stop LYING.

How much did the SDP election campaign in Banja Luka cost? Just so you know, you spent our money. With our Bosnian money, you also pay for ordered tests in newspapers and portals. With our Bosnian money, the Touareg jeep you drive around in was also bought. And then you say about Banja Luka 'that you single it out from the success achieved by the Movement for the State in the RS and that it is the best political project since Dayton in the RS.' You see some success in organizations from Brčko to Kostajnica. What success? Those people achieved the same result they had before your arrival (read: planting) in the SDP and before our valiant president Neka gave you absolute power in the SDP organizations in the RS! Your only job since you came to the SDP is to deal with removing quality cadres and people who live for the SDP. What bothered you about the former mayor of Vukosavlje? He didn't want to listen to you and admire your nonsense.

The real truth is that the Movement for the State is broken, and you are the culprit, Vojo. Now you are trying to shift the blame onto someone else, someone who lives only in your head. Maybe people are starting to appear in your head?

You made Saša Grbić with about a hundred votes and Andrea Gajić with less than a hundred votes represent Bosniaks in the RS! Do you think the returnees in the RS believe you? They see what you are doing, that's why you have no results. What do you intend to threaten us with, Vojin? Maybe that you won't give us incentives for non-existent companies? That you won't give us positions in government? That you will expel us from the SDP in a non-statutory manner? That you will, with the help of the president, kick us out of our jobs? Or will you put your buddy Damir Hadžić around our necks, as you did to our comrades in Novi Grad? Or as you threatened the late Hakija Meholjić that you would come to Srebrenica and slaughter him?

Well, you messed up big time this time, Vojo. You hit a hard nut. If the vice-presidents of the SDP are silent, if the members of the SDP Presidency are silent, the members of the Main Board of SDP BiH – we will not remain silent. The members of the SDP will not remain silent. And what is even more important, WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF YOU, former comrade Vojin, in any way. We are not afraid of you, nor of your patrons Nermin Nikšić, Adnan Šteta, and Damir Hadžić. The political end in the SDP will come for you and them, and then go away, as far as possible so that our eyes do not see you. May your house be far away.

And finally, do not delude yourselves with the result in Sarajevo (and do not lie to the public that you won these elections), because you bought the people of Sarajevo with numerous positions, at the expense of all SDP members across BiH, who collected votes for you and did not get a single position in government. This means that besides Nikšić, all the vice-presidents of the SDP are also RESPONSIBLE, who remain silent while the party falls apart and wins fewer and fewer votes from cycle to cycle, because they remain silent due to the privileges they enjoy in government.

And as for you, Vojo, maybe you were tasked with dismantling the SDP, considering that you were once the secretary of the SNSD. Maybe, who knows?", states the letter obtained by the Novinska agencija Patria.
