Pilsel: On the day the Pope received members of the BiH Presidency, Dodik calls on Serbs to renounce the state

VATICAN, (Patria) - Chairman of the BiH Presidency Dragan Čović and members of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović and Mladen Ivanić paid an official visit to Pope Francis.

During this meeting, the importance of improving political relations and intensifying reform processes and fulfilling conditions aimed at strengthening the European perspective of Bosnia and Herzegovina was highlighted.

It was stated that the Holy See supports BiH because a stable BiH with a European perspective is also in its interest.

Croatian journalist Drago Pilsel notes that during the visit of BiH Presidency members to the Holy See, on the other side, the president of the BiH entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, called on Serbs to renounce Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also emphasized that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić does not react to such Dodik statements.

“On the day when Pope Francis received members of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik says that ‘BiH is not a state but a territory’ and calls on Serbs to renounce the state they came from. The scoundrel should break his teeth on the diplomacy of the Holy See. The question is: why is Vučić watching this calmly?” wrote Pilsel on his Twitter profile, as reported by NAP.
