Drunk Youths Attack Tram Passengers, Four Injured

The capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina has once again become the scene of horrific events, writes the Patria news agency. Namely, two drunk youths entered a tram and attacked passengers, leaving four injured.

As confirmed to us by the Operations Center of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, in the attack on the tram, which occurred last night around 21:30, one person sustained contusions to the body, while three people sustained injuries caused by a sharp object.
The injured persons were transported to the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo, where they were diagnosed with minor injuries.

- Four patients were brought to the Emergency Medical Center shortly before 10 p.m., and it was determined that all had sustained minor physical injuries. Three people sustained minor cuts on their hands, while one person sustained contusions to the body resulting from blows. All patients were released for home treatment - says Muamera Šehić, spokesperson for the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo.

After the incident, the police identified the attackers on the passengers - S. A. (born 1993) and M. A. (born 1992), and brought them in on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior.
