Petronijević's wishes: Karadžić's lawyer sees BiH divided into three entities

One of the lawyers of convicted war criminal Radovan Karadžić, Goran Petronijević, commented for Belgrade's Politika on the submission of the request for revision of the judgment of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which found Serbia guilty of failing to prevent genocide in Srebrenica and failing to punish perpetrators, Patria reports.

In his explanations, Petronijević sees BiH as a state composed of three entities.

Commenting on the claims that no statement from the BiH Presidency is required to file an appeal against the previous judgment, and that there is no theoretical possibility for the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Mladen Ivanić, to block the reopening of proceedings against Serbia, Petronijević said that this is not true.

- According to the Dayton Constitution, all foreign policy issues, including this one, require the consensus of all three entities, Petronijević pointed out.
