Five Questions for Bakir Izetbegović and Fadil Novalić Regarding the Sale of FDS

Regarding the latest privatization robbery carried out under the auspices and organization of SDA, the SDP requested the party's president Bakir Izetbegović and their federal prime minister Fadil Novalić to publicly answer five questions, writes Patria.

1. Who is behind the phantom "offshore" company from Vienna "CID Adriatic Investments GmbH", which employs a total of two people and whose director holds a similar position in at least ten other similar companies, and which bought almost 40 percent of the state shares of Fabrika duhana Sarajevo?

2. Why is the price of FDS shares, determined by the Government of FBiH, 20 percent lower than the nominal share price, at which the shares were not even attempted to be sold, thus damaging FBiH and citizens by at least 10 million KM?

3. Where did about 46 million KM of FDS's accumulated profit disappear, and was this money actually used to buy the package of state shares?

4. Who from SDA will receive the commission, and how much is it for such a well-done job?

5. Why did the Government of FBiH, before selling FDS, not attempt to exclude its very valuable stakes in other companies worth several hundred million KM from the company's balance sheet? FDS majority manages Vakufska banka, and also owns stakes in Privredna banka Sarajevo and BOR banka. The company also owns hotels on Vlašić and Srebrenica. Furthermore, FDS owns stakes in the Management Company (DUF) "Market Investment Group", in DUF "Šib Ar Invest", as well as ZIF "Bonus". FDS also manages trading companies Univerzalpromet from Tuzla and Tobacco Press from Mostar, and has stakes in numerous other companies such as UPI and UNITIC, whose skyscrapers in Sarajevo are worth hundreds of millions of KM!!!

- We do not expect Novalić and Izetbegović to answer these questions to us or to the citizens due to their arrogance, but we are sure that they will have to do so before the competent prosecutors to whom we will very soon file a criminal complaint for this most unscrupulous robbery of citizens - it was announced from SDP.
