Pensioners still waiting for payment, last installment today

Payments of December pensions began on January 7, but not all pensioners in the Federation of BiH have received their pensions yet, writes the Patria News Agency.

As a Sarajevan told Patria, she even went to the post office, and after the postman told her there was no money.

- They told me the same thing at the post office. It's been almost seven days since the payment, and I still haven't received my money - says this Sarajevan.

Amel Lizde, spokesperson for PIO/MIO FBiH, states that the last installment will be paid today and that all pensioners should have their pensions by tomorrow.

- Perhaps five percent of pensioners have not yet received their money. But, the last installment is being paid today, and the money should be available to those who have not yet received their pensions - says Lizde.
