PDP conditions return to BiH institutions on amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH

(Patria) - The PDP Collegium at today's session discussed the current political situation and remains firm that the condition for returning to state institutions is resolving the issue of amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, which were imposed by the decision of the former High Representative in BiH, Valentin Inzko.

"The PDP believes that it is necessary to ensure the normal functioning of BiH institutions, but only through the adoption of amendments to the Criminal Code acceptable to the RS as well. The PDP expects the ruling coalition SNSD-SDA-HDZ, as the most responsible for the functioning of institutions, to first propose a solution to this issue," the party stated.

They also commented on Milorad Dodik's positions on this issue, following his recent meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

"Milorad Dodik's and the SNSD's condescending return to BiH institutions without resolving the issue of Inzko's imposed decision will be a complete collapse of their adventurous, frivolous, corrupt, and retrograde politics, and shows that the opposition was completely right in pointing out Dodik's dangerous, superficial, and irresponsible actions that harm the Republic of Srpska, to which he has become a burden and a liability," the PDP stated.
