PDP: SNSD violated the agreement of parties from RS

(Patria) - It only took two days for SNSD to violate the conclusions proposed by their leader Milorad Dodik at the meeting of parliamentary parties from Republika Srpska with the President of RS and yet participate in decision-making in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, PDP states.

"Even voting against in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is participation in decision-making, and in this way they have once again shown inconsistency, that they do not keep their word, nor their signature," the party's statement reads.

PDP concludes that if only the period since the General Elections in 2018 is considered, with all the broken promises about acting in Sarajevo, the question of SNSD's seriousness and consistency is raised for who knows what time.

Along with the statement, PDP attached the signed agreement which states that all participants agree that representatives of RS in BiH institutions shall suspend their work in decision-making on any issue within the jurisdiction of BiH bodies until a new Law on the Constitutional Court of BiH is adopted, which will not include foreign judges.

Despite this, Presidency member Milorad Dodik stated today that representatives of RS are not blocking the work of BiH institutions, and the best proof of this is the House of Peoples, where representatives of his party voted.
