PDP: Prime Minister must explain to citizens of Republika Srpska why they are struggling

The Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) stated today that Article 292 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska obliges deputies to debate interpellations.

The PDP notes that the Prime Minister's statement that the Government will not answer questions from the two submitted interpellations "on the catastrophic results of the Government of Republika Srpska" in the National Assembly "clearly shows that the Government has no answers to the devastating data contained therein".

The PDP emphasizes that, regardless of whether the Prime Minister personally wishes it, according to the acts of the National Assembly, he will have to explain to the citizens of Republika Srpska why they are struggling.

The PDP states that in this case the President of the Republic "does not decide what will be on the agenda of the National Assembly and is obliged to respect and implement the Constitution of Republika Srpska, because the deputies of the National Assembly must adhere to the Rules of Procedure".
